In case you don’t know me, my name is Silvana Espinoza Lau. I’m a therapist, consultant, and embodied liberation educator for therapists, healers, coaches, and service providers.

I want to help you discover the meaningful ways in which you can start decolonizing your practice, to make it more anti-oppressive, decolonial, and liberatory (hint: it's all about figuring out how the mental health and wellness industrial complex is oppressing you and not letting you be the knowledgeable, creative, and resourceful healer that you are).
