Reflections on the daily work of unlearning, remembering, and living liberation
A slower, more intimate space
The Practice of Liberation is where I write what doesn’t always fit inside the walls of professional development or social media posts.
It’s where I explore — with you — what it means to practice decolonial care, in our personal lives, in our work with others, and in our relationships with self and community.
This is not theory at a distance. It’s the daily... embodied... imperfect work... of LIVING INTO LIBERATION.
What to expect
Each letter is a deep reflection — part story, part invitation, part practice — grounded in the same liberatory values that guide all my work:
🌿 Unlearning colonial ways of being and doing that keep us disconnected.
🔥 Remembering our wholeness, our lineages, and collective ways of knowing.
💧 Reclaiming practices of care that nourish both the individual and the collective.
Each edition includes:
🌱 A reflection prompt to invite honest self-inquiry
🔥 A practice prompt to move from reflection into embodied action
💬 Occasional questions that I’ll personally respond to — every reply will get a thoughtful answer, gentle challenge, or warm witnessing, depending on what you need
📚 And once a month, a short list of readings, trainings, or resources I genuinely recommend
For those who hold space for others
Whether you’re a therapist, healer, space-holder, or simply someone devoted to collective healing — this is a space to come home to the why behind your work.
A place to practice liberation together, not in isolation.
